I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.
Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

F your engineers. Tell them to just reverse the change from classic or allow for the option for classic. Or you can try to start a new company over from scratch and try to get customers because it seems like thousands of us are about to drop our accounts because you dog $h!t changes.

You've made it impossible for me to find or retrieve all my contacts. You've lost half of a list of contacts I use daily. Why do you do this? I hate it. My time valuable and to have to play games with finding contacts makes me very angry with you. Thank you.

Cannot access the info I had in contacts. Now I have none of the addresses (snail mail), phone #s, etc. Great job, Yahoo!

This is outrageous -- this does not work, and your refernce to "new tab in the Classic Mail look is
inexecusable - YOU HAVE ELIMINATED CLASSIC MAIL -- HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO SEE IN OUR BROWSERS CLASSIC MAIL??!!! We cannot access Classic Mail -- your obsessive change for the sake of change out of control tech nerds have driven us crazy, beyond the point of frustration and total outrage!! -

NEITHER ONE OF THESE WORK -- STILL CANNOT ACCESS ANY OF MY CONTACTS MUCH LESS MY ENTIRE CONTACT LIST -- I HAVE HUNDREDS!! WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON -- HOW COULD YOU THINK OF MAKING THESE GODAWFUL CHANGES WITHOUT INCLUDING
CONTACTS - AN ESSENTIAL COMPONENT WHEN COMPOSING/SENDING EMAILS!!!SUCH POOR, LOUSY, TOTALLY INCOMPETENT EXECUTION IS UNBELIEVABLE!

El nuevo formato no añade nada mejor. Impide adjuntar archivos de la nube en el correo.

If you have narrowed the yahoo mail window, and not by much, the contacts list icon is off the page to the right. And, yes, it is difficult to find, does anyone who uses yahoo mail critique changes?

Too many dislikes to the new mail format (would prefer to have continued using the old classic email format forever!) to list them all..... but here are a few:
1: reply info detail missing - need to be able to see all recipients, date/time, etc. should be returned to the old classic email format
2: cannot figure out how to add a new contact from an email...used to be a simple hover to highlight the email address in the email itself and then a click to add to contacts. Now just highlights with no options. Should be returned to old classic email format.
3: hot button locations - these have been moved entirely too far from the old classic email format and should be returned. IE: the delete button moved from left of center to far right corner.
4: can no longer find a "reply all" buttonOverall, people really just do not want this drastic change. It's hard enough getting through a day as busy as we all are. Trying to send/reply/read/move/delete/print an email should not change so drastically that it feels like learning a new software.
Switching back to the old classic email format should be allowed and was for quite a while but now that format has even changed and is completely useless because it has changed so drasitcaly and no longer allows for the signature line to include different fonts copied into the box. Many of us are businesses and don't like that our clients start getting totally different styles of emails from us.

My contacts list has vanished. This is ESSENTIAL. Without it, Yahoo email is USELESS!
Make Contacts list/address book immediately accessible as it was before.
Why on earth did you mess with the old email???? If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Why should I have patience???? You messed everything up!!!!

This is a robot generated response below. They don't care about our opinions.
Our engineers are working on incorporating Contacts into the new format. We appreciate your patience while we work on this.
In the meantime, you can access contacts by clicking on the icon on the upper right side (small icon made up of a rectangle with three small stacked squares). This will open Contacts in a new tab of your browser in the Classic Mail look. You can also access your contacts via https://contacts.yahoo.com.
Thank you!

I agree with everyone. Absolute rubbish. I'm looking into leaving Yahoo forever. I really do hate it and can't believe you would consider it an update. It has so many stupid things. Many are listed below. Another thing I hate... When you do a search it lists all of the emails but doesn't tell you which folder they are in. Who ever thought that was a good idea?!?!
Lots of other similarly annoying rubbish.
Time to jump ship

@Yahoo engineers: If you simply returned to the "old", classic version, you won't need to bother with trying to incorporate Contacts into any version. It is EXTREMELY ANNOYING to have to go to my settings just to change to the classic version. Being forced to do this is a horrible waste of my time.

If your engineers are still working on incorporating Contacts (or anything else for that matter) into the new format, then your new format is not ready to be launched, and you shouldn't be forcing it on us.
