How can we improve New Mail?

it totally sucks - all my mail is going to archive folder - yahoo is bouncing my emails back that don't go into archive

where are my mail options? all my email keeps going to archive or gets bounced and new mail has no mail options button to click any more. Under preferences - only thing available is location. WTH

    Where is this new 24/7 support they touted to get me to move to new yahoo mail? THIS totally sucks
