deleting old emails faster way

I need to delete old emails faster and allow me.
Yahoo is not allowing deleting unwanted emails I have accumulated 1000s of them.

Allowing to erase faster method.

    I seem to have lost the ability to delete any emails. I tried to transfer some pics to my email and they were large. I do I get the ability to delete emails again

    I want to be able to delete all mail at once, make your delete limit more please, and same for mobile device too

    Allow to delete more than 500 emails at a time without crashing.
    Preferably thousands at a time.

    Have a setting to delete 1000 emails at a time. I go through my email daily and check which I would like to get rid of and it takes a long time just doing 100 emails.

    I agree. I'd like to delete large quantities of junk e-mail, but it will only allow me to select 50/ time. Is there a way to delete all messages from a sender at one time?

    There is a delete all option on folders, but it fails every time I try to use it.

    I'm with you there! I have 89,736 old e-mails in my inbox, I wasn't checking it for a while, and it will take an eternity to delete them all 100 at a time. All seems to mean something different to Yahoo than it does to literally every person in the world. Please let me clear my inbox Yahoo!

    I right now have over 16,000 emails that I've let accumulate over the years. Its a pain that I keep having to select them over and over again to delete only 100 emails at a time. There is also a problem with someone accidentally deleting all of their emails on accident. In order to prevent that there needs to be a drop down option for it with the follow up of "Are you sure you would like to delete (number of emails you have)?" then you select "Yes or No". Yahoo also has the great UNDO button so this gives you multiple chances if you go to accidentally delete all the emails to UNDO it. I would appreciate it if this would become an option for all Yahoo user.

    agree I have 50k emails and it wont let me delete more than 100 at a time

    Yahoo cares more about keeping access to your emails so their third party company's algorithms can scan all your messages and learn information about you. Therefore they make it hard to protect your privacy and delete messages. They suggest that you simply archive your inbox instead of programming in a trash can icon to help users delete contents of the entire inbox. They programmed it for the trash and spam folders but not for the inbox or archive... This is a sneaky business practice.

    I have over 10k of emails. Most are spam and old emails that I had to keep for work. Now I'm trying to clean up and delete all of those email but its taking forever. Why can I only delete 75 at a time? When I do a search and find that I have 400+ emails that matched the topic, I should be able to select "all" and all 400+ are deleted. However, it only deletes 75 at a time and I have to repeat the process. I might as well let all the emails just fill up and once full start a new account. I would be easier and unless time consuming to notify people that I changed my email address.

    I agree! If I click ALL messages, then I want ALL messages deleted. Unfortunately, Yahoo only deletes a few hundred at a time and that's only if you scroll down otherwise it only selects 100. Please allow your users to delete all messages if they wish to do so!

    I'd like to be able to set up a rule to automatically delete emails from a folder after a certain number of days.

    Please provide an option to delete emails faster and in a number higher than 100. Perhaps by the month and year. Or email automictically delete after 6 months or 90 days. I have thousands of emails.

    I have the same problem. Ever since I converted to the new version, my emails have been accumulating. Now there is a massive number and I want to skim through and save only the few that I want to keep. The search does not work - it does not locate anything by date range. The "ALL" delete goes on forever - does not allow me to limit my deletes to just the next 50 or 100. Now I cannot skim through to find just what I want and delete the rest because it takes hours. I want to go back to the old email that Yahoo had several years ago. I had no problems then.

    Yahoo needs to fix deleting issue in drafts. I can't go through 100 drafts having to delete one by one.
