How can we improve New Mail?

where are my old mails all vanished

where are mu old mails its gone you must archived as a option and some are as old as 1993 mails which are leagl entity

Hi there,

You should be able to access any mail you have not deleted, regardless of the date from an active mailbox. To access your oldest mail, click on “Sort” on the top left of the message list and select “oldest to newest”

    dont try something stupid with out knowing what is customers requirement simply becz you want to improve you have spoiled you mail system which was good
