When will my account revert back to the way it was a week or two ago?

I have posted numerous requests to have this change reversed, but so far, no comment received back, whatsoever. The updated look is very confusing. I didn't ask for it to be updated and there was nothing wrong with the way it was. I understood it. Now, every time I send an email, a garish letter in circle appears. I assure you I am very familiar with the standard english Alphabet. I have GCSE English Grade 'C' to prove it. I am not aware the Alphabet has changed since I left School some years ago now. Maybe Yahoo know different..?
