How can we improve New Mail?

I can't find my photos and half of the time my folders are missing too. What have you done?

Your "new and improved" mail is terrible. I can't find my photos and half the time the folders are missing. What is "Archive"? I wish I could find a new email system, but gmail is even worse!

    I tried to download my sd card but the photos are nowhere to be found. Why can't we have a photo section where the photos get downloaded and stored. We need photos to be easily accessible and ready to email. The download said that the photos were "syncing". What does that mean? Where did they sync? They're gone!
