    Why are you sending messages for updating the accounts, while you are not the Yahoo company,?Dont you have a good security system?

    My email keeps getting hacked. When trying to make changes through the security option I keep getting logged out. This site needs a complete update with better security so this will no longer happen

    Today I saw an email in my sent box that I never sent to a suspicious address. I expect that my account has been hacked and would like Yahoo to help me to stop this.

    Hola, tengo acceso a mi correo pero por más que cambie la contraseña alguien se está metiendo a enviar miles de correos sin tener yo idea, por lo cual pienso que mi cuenta fue hackeada, y aunque cambie la contraseña no se resuelve el problema…al enviar tantos correos esa persona o robot o yo que se, yo ya no puedo enviar correos porque dice que son spam, aunque si puedo recibir correos

    Que puedo hacer???? Desde ayer se mandan millones de correos a direcciones que no tengo idea, y repito ya cambie la contraseña mas de 3 veces

    Siguen intentando mandar ese tipo de correo pero no salen porque pasa lo mismo que a mi, marca error que es spam que no se pueden enviar

    Step up your security and stop trying to bite off more than you can chew. You guys have nothing but audacity asking to manage peoples passwords when you can't even manage yahoo accounts being hacked by petty grade school level hackers. If someone can simply get into my account from a different country AND send emails to people that means yahoo is GARBAGE.

    I live in Ghana. My two yahoo.email accounts have been hacked into my fraudsters about a month ago. They have changed my passwords, recovery email and phone numbers. They have also activated two-step verification with their phone numbers, which make it impossible for me to sign in to my emails. I have been using these emails for over ten years and now I can access them. They commit all sorts of fraudulent activities in my name. My efforts to recover these email accounts through Yahoo premium services have not yielded any positive results also. When I call the phone lines provided on Yahoo I am told the services are not provided in my area. Any advise or assistance to recover my emails will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

    I was hijacked by Nigeria, this morning. Reset my passwords and cleaned off the address being used in Nigeria. One of my accounts is working, but the other one...USING FOR JOB SEARCHES...fails to receive or send now. I sent an email from my other account...nothing. I sent an email from affected account...not received. I NEED THIS TO WORK! Im currently WAITING FOR JOB OFFERS!

    Yahoo mail has asked me to change my password each time I log in. I do not want to change my password each time I log in. I did change my password 3 times in May and have zero issues finding a new email provider if this continues. Will you correct the issue to allow users to change their password at their own will? Or will you continue to require a new password each time yahoo thinks it can make a better decision for me to protect my information? I do understand that my information and email account profits yahoo. I do not wish to change email provider. It will be an easy decision for me, to change email provider, and cost yahoo my information and profit if the change password requests continue.

    I have recently found some emails missing from my inbox and have checked the issue through my outlook, iphone, and yahoo mail on desktop. I found the missing mails were most likely removed from your server because some mails were still missing after I changed my password. I strongly suspect your system has been hacked in again. Please check your system carefully to prevent the hacker invading personal email accounts through your server system. Thanks.

    When sending an email...don't place Yahoo Mail in front of my "address", my contacts believe they are in danger of a hacker!!!
