commentedYahoo plus gave someone the ability to completely hijack my email account. By purchasing yahoo plus the hacker was able to change the primary phone number to their own and because of the change I did not receive a notification that the hacker was logging into my email. This went on for months before I noticed. My email is attached to many different accounts and all of my information and privacy was in jeopardy because of yahoo plus. Yahoo plus needs to be banned as it is a useless and harmful tool.

commentedAfter 14.07.2019 my name is not displayed in the inbox of the person to who I send an e-mail, instead it writes "Mail Service". For a while it wrote
Yahoo Mail. Please correct this error, and make it to write my name again.

commentedMy account was hacked by this*** - ****@gmail.com. I changed all my passwords to over 10 accounts and have spent over 3 hours trying to get it to work again. I've lost contact with over 100 people including over 50 that were volunteers at a local food bank and that loss has to be re-established within days to keep the schedules going and the food pantry open. what a low-life that this person is.

commentedLast day someone could swap my sim card and had access to my phone number and could access my yahoo account with this recovery phone number the surprising part was when he could change recovery pass without knowing my password. he was going to change my recovery email too that I was lucky and quick enough to not let him do this. the question is why yahoo lets change of recovery phone and email without asking for password?

commentedMy account has repeatedly been broken into by a stalker. I have used two factor authentication and through some bug in your security the stalker has repeatedly broken in and re-added their own phone number and e-mail for verification and changed the password. Something is broken in the security process. I would appreciate contact from yahoo's security team.
