Stop "You may have overpaid" pop-up
Give us a way to 'opt out' of the pop-up that keeps telling us that "you may have overpaid". I have no interest in the service. I pay for Yahoo mail. I'm sick of dismissing that pop-up!

This is ironic- I found exactly what I want to complain about and it's been closed as a topic, apparently because Yahoo doesn't actually want to change its advert policy for Pro users (who pay for no adverts). The complaint now closed said:
A marketing message appears pointing to my order confirmation e-mail from Amazon. I pay extra for add-free and do not want to see **** like this. The message says "You may have overpaid on you Amazon.com purchase. Use your receipts to get money back".
I have paid for add-free mail. This marketing message should not occur.
I am switching back to Classic Mail. -

Every time I log into my email I have to stop what I am doing to remove the stupid pop up that asks if I want to save money by reviewing my purchases. Or, try and work around it, which is impossible because it blocks important aspects of email. Look, we get it, it's a service you want to highlight. Done. I know it's there. Now leave me alone. At this point, I'm so irritated by the darn thing I'm liable to boycott it out of sheer frustration.

When this many people express dislike and discomfort with a feature Yahoo! Mail Pro should listen and act -- get rid of it or give us an option to disable it.

our email system should not be looking at my purchases and telling me I might of paid too much. That's none of your business, yahoo!

Make it stop!!!!
I pay for Yahoo! Mail Pro and I am getting this "You may have overpaid . . . " pop-up every time I log on to my Yahoo! Mail. I am getting really annoyed. I do not want any help with my purchases. Price is not the only factor when I make a purchase. -

I bought concert tickets a month ago with the receipt going to Yahoo. Now I'm getting this ridiculous "you may have overpaid" pop-up every couple of days. STOP IT! Stop tracking my purchases and invading my privacy.

Can you please add a way to turn off the notification where yahoo webmail wants to save me money by going over my receipts. I have two emails from Chewie.com that I leave in my mailbox so I can find them later, and every time I log into my yahoo webmail I get a pop up asking me if I want Yahoo to show me how much I can save by clicking on yahoos link. I don't want this and would like to turn off all notifications for this service. Can you please add a way to disable this or at least tell me where I can find on how to disable it. Nothing like being nagged for a service I don't want and not be able to disable the notification. It's making me want to use Microsoft mail so I don't have to put up with all the annoyances that come with Yahoo webmail. Thanks.

I am getting this pop up all the time, and I am paid customer of Yahoo Plus: "You may have overpaid on you Amazon.com purchase. Use your receipts to get money back'
Please deactivate that pop up as I am paying customer. That is advertising of your new service not only a new option as you replied to another customer... -

After the 8th time I was prompted, I fully understood this new feature existed. Such a Yahoo! Mail thing to ***** up.

I DO NOT want you tracking my purchases. That is none of your business. I block ads for a reason and again, it is NONE of your business.

I agree, this prompt drives me crazy. It makes it impossible to send an email and always pops up in the worst spot possible. Please remove this.

I cannot get rid of the damned thing! I can't send my mail because it covers the send arrow!

I find no need to have Yahoo track my purchase and pop up notifications that I could save money by using another service. These Views folder options are not helpful and I only see them as more intrusive. And of course they cannot be deleted. I have been slowly moving all correspondence to another provider and if Yahoo continues to be this intrusive, it will speed up the transition.

It appears multiple people are unhappy that you are tracking purchases and asking how to make you stop. Obviously, by the lack of response to this, you don't care if you lose users of yahoo mail service.
