garbage Base Name got stored despite NOT using Save button
WebMail:
Yahoo Account → Settings → Mailboxes → Disposable email address → Set address
Objective:
Yahoo! Webmail stored the Base Name "gkjgkjkj" without me giving authorization by clicking on "Save".
I therefore want this garbage "Base Name" reset.
It simply is unacceptable, that in cases like this, that shouldn't be possible to begin with, not even the support staff can reset the Base Name.
How it happened:
While trying to "Create disposable email address" I wanted to edit my entry using the "Backspace" key. However, some dimwit in charge at Mozilla, decided in his infinitive cluelessness, that it is an ingenious idea, for "Backspace" to act as "Go back one page" rather than to backspace as expected.

1.) With no "Save" involved on my part, why/how did I end up, while accidentally going back, with a stored "Base name", now containing garbage? Why is there a SAVE button in the first place, when the page does what it wants anyway?
2.) Why is the "disposable email address" only ending up with a @yahoo.com (US) and not the expected .ca domain, like my underlying email address?

@YAHOOCARE... Asked support for the same thing... their response:
Important - Once you create a base name, it's locked into your account and cannot be edited or removed. If you'd like a different base name, you can create a new Yahoo Mail account and add 1 base name to it. <--- HORRIBLE SUGGESTION FROM SUPPORT.
Unfortunately, what you're looking for isn't possible in the current version of the product. I can see how that'd be useful, though. <--- YEAH, NO DUH?!!!!
You should post your suggestion to add that function on our feedback forum. Our product teams review the posts and look for ideas to include in future releases. <--- ALREADY REQUESTED HERE, BUT STILL NOT FIXED!!
