    Emails from one of my contacts are no longer being delivered to my yahoo account.
    It was working fine at the start of this month, but for the last couple of weeks they are either being severely delayed, or not sent at all.
    It's not just me, they have the same issue sending to another person with a Yahoo account.

    Could this issue kindly be resolved?

    unable to receive email from other domain amplebox.co.uk mail id's, mails are returning them. Kindly look into this and provide us with a solution.

    New idea: let me recieve emails! If a website wants to send me a email, let them! The email is important! Now i'm locked out of a website because I asked it to resend the code to my email too many times! Why? Because it didn't show up anywhere in my inbox folders!!!! Don't block emails without my permission. Your AI isn't as smart as you think it is. Let me decide whether an email should be blocked or not. This is incredibly frustrating and I'm glad Yahoo isn't my primary email.

    I'm not receiving emails from a few companies since Mid June 24. I have no filters set up or blocked mail addresses or IP. But the emails just don't arrive to my mailbox. Not in Inbox, not in Spam folder. Senders getting message of bounced mail.

    i am not receiving any "New" email notifications, I have to click on the inbox to see any new emails on my desktop computer. I am receiving "new" email notifications on my cell phone

    Update Yahoo software on iPhone, iPad or iMac. For 5 days I could not get incoming yahoo email. Tried everything. Software is up to date, apps were deleted and reinstalled. I deleted all 350 filters. no help. Then A yahoo supervisor had found my missing emails in "unread" file. Yahoo apps do not provide access to this file. I deleted or moved "unread" emails from that folder. Still not receiiving email in inbox on Yahoo Mail organizer app for iPhone or iPad. But inbox did just receive an email from Yahoo saying New Sign in on User Voice. PLEASE FIX ISSUE.

    I receive multiple important emails from many distinct email addresses from the same domain. But often time those get caught in spam folder, please provide a way to whitelist the entire domain.

    Recently I notice that I am not receiving emails if the email is sent to a distribution list. And if the emailadres is configured as name in the distribution list. For instance:
    To: person1@yahoo.com \<person1@yahoo.com\>, person2@yahoo.com \<person2@yahoo.com\>
    In this example, only person1 receives the email. While person2 don't receive the email. It looks like this problem occurs since few months ago. This is quite frustating because I miss some important emails due to this problem.

    Yahoo refuses to accept any incoming emails! I am unable to sign into apps that require codes. And the only support they offer is through payment. I think they are causing these issues on purpose so we can pay to fix THEIR mistake!!! I am not rich, Yahoo!

    I am unable to receive mail from my email due to PAST inactivity. I am unable to access or change settings in my other apps that associates with yahoo. The only help offered requires you to pay. Yahoo is nothing but a scam! Allow for free tech support!!! The amount of money you make via ads should allow for this but you people are so greedy that it will drive future and current users away.

    Same here, it has always taken a long time for new emails to display but lately it has been a joke. Also I deleted an email on my iPhone yesterday and 24 hours later that same email is still displaying on Yahoo via the web. These types of issues have been ongoing for years with the Yahoo web application, please escalate it to get it finally fixed.

    I just singed up for a facebook account, but I can't activate it because facebook sends a code to your e-mail and the code is not coming through to my yahoo e-mail not even in the spam folder?

    I bought a Costco digital shop card, which was sent to my Yahoo email. It usually takes two hours after placing the order, but it's been over 12 hours, and I still haven't received it. I sent some test emails from my Gmail to my Yahoo mail; sometimes they come through, but a few didn't arrive. I really hope the email from Costco is not lost because the Costco shop card is as good as cash.The Costco digital shop card email address is: costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com. Is it possible to recover the email?

    What's the point of having an inbox when you can't receive emails from your contacts???
    Other providers are also available so I might just switch, just to get a *functional* inbox / email.
    Funny enough, all the MArketing emails do come through, just not the important stuff! Useless.

    For several months now, I have been unable to receive emails from different fast food apps (phone apps) requesting a code for double factor authentication. Their emails don't even show up in the spam folder. For some reason, Yahoo is just completely blocking them from delivery. Specifically, companies like Carl's Jr. and KFC have not worked for me, despite countless times retrying and resending. If this is not fixed, I will be forced to migrate to a different email provider despite having used Yahoo for years.
