Terrible Customer Service

Allow users to actually talk to Yahoo customer service. The current set up is a joke and is designed to discourage users from contacting Yahoo. Please cancel all my accounts since I cannot reach anyone at Yahoo to do this in person.
Cannot log in cannot chat, cannot..... Yahoo ***** the big one!!!!!
