Stop telling users to contact via twitter!
It's shocking that yahoo support simply replies to your idea with contact us on twitter. Wake up Yahoo! not everyone uses twitter and you should be able to give us an email based contact or webform to contact you directly. You also have the cheek to close the issue preventing it from getting any more votes. If you want to give support, give it properly but don't put up a facade.
