Discounts for the long time, elderly customers that don't have smart phones. Charge the extra $15 per year to those that use the phone app
I am an elderly, long time yahoo! customer. I do not have, and will not have, a smart phone. I will be paying $15 a year more for nothing. That's a lot of money for people on fixed incomes. I can't be the only one that doesn't need the mobile app. Charge those that want the mobile app update, and let the rest of us have our $19.99 rate. Thank you.
