mail pro ads
I have been paying for Mail Pro since the early 2000's. Why do I not receive a message that provides an option to smoothy continue the service when my credit card info is no longer current? Every time I get dropped out I have issues. This time the ads will not go away. This is false advertzing and entrapment since I already paid and you will not refund. I am looking for ways to report this collecting of funds with no option to get a refund when the promised service is not delivered.
