Contacts hard to find, edit, alter, and delete
Since the new changes it has become much more difficult to search and edit or delete a single contact. It would be very helpful if a dropdown menu were available to search by several choices such as ending email address or last name or company. partial name, with the ability to select the item and go to edit.

It is no longer possible to copy an email address when composing an email or even from the contacts list.
Another stupid idea to make this new version of Yahoo Mail even harder to use.
You people need to listen to feedback instead of ignoring it and doing what you want. This forum is just full of complaints about this trash heap that you have inflicted on us.
If you can't fix this trash, then bring back the previous version., It was a lot more user-friendly and practical than this ****.

Keep the Contact list from basic Yahoo the same for New Mail. You've removed almost all that was good in basic Yahoo. Whose idea was that? If this isn't fixed by the end of October 2019 I am cancelling my Yahoo account and switching to Gmail.

The new contact list no longer allows you to assign a name to a list. Not good Yahoo.

This new version is useless for any work with groups. You can not obtain a print out of a list, they are not in alphabetical order, and there is no way of removing a person from a list without completely removing them from the overall e-mail list. You need to state somewhere, or indicate, that a list has a limited number of members, above that number, you need to create a new list. under to old version, you could edit the individual person, and add them to a list or a number of lists. This option is now not available in one place, or function. The whole list system is extremely time consuming now. Please make it al easier to navigate and operate.

I see you have not fixed the problem with contact. I cannot edit within them. Unless I delete them. Have you found the people yet who know how to fix this problems How many under review statements will you make and the problem is still not fixed

Please add back the feature that allowed me to assign a contact to multiple lists. I do not want to retype an existing contact's information to add him/her to a new list.

The new views and virtual contact cards is terrible. We pay yahoo for an email service and that includes the ability to manage contacts easily. Stop creating contacts that I do not want, and allow me to fully edit the ones I want to keep. Who cares if you can see a contacts little round picture. Please make contacts useable again.

PLEASE YAHOO - read the comments and see that there is a major issue to fix here. I am seriously considering switching to gmail - that would be a major pain as a business owner BUT this is ridiculous and affects my day to day tasks.

My contacts are now in alpha order by first name. Want my list in alpha order by last name. Some are at random.
Also group list must be a thing of the past as I can not add a new contact group list.
NEED this badly....HELP -

Cannot Delete contacts from Lists created. I can't even FIND the contact. I have 7 separate lists - when I need to unsubscribe someone I can't find what list they are on to take them off the list. Really need this fixed. Thank You

For the love of god, hire someone who actually uses your email -- not graphic "designers" who only care about the friggin' logo design. My contacts are pretty inaccessible as far as editing and I can't search by last name. Our contacts for sending/receiving email is what is important to your customer, not changing the logo and visual design every other month.

please go back to the old style while you're trying to figure out the new. this change has destroyed a contact base that has taken me 3 years to build and now I cant do anything with my contacts without having to take countless hours to fix. if this is not corrected soon I will be forced to open a new account with another server.

I found if I clicked on 'List' under contacts I could atleast add a contact. Editing is a hassle or impossible.

I do not like the new set up for contacts. I cannot edit the contacts when they change their information. Bring back the full page as it was last month so we can keep the information up to date. When you change something you should have a group of people that use your product run a test to see if they like the new product. This on is not a good one.

I add in a NEW contact. I put it in a specific group/list
I start a mass email and the names are not on ANY group, not eve the main contact list. HOWEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR... if I start to type someone's email address, once in a while they pop up but not when I search. How am I supposed to remember hundreds of email addresses?? When are you going to fix this? I can't work like this PLEASE FIX WHAT WASN'T BROKEN!! -

Judging by the recent comments, whatever is going on with contacts is causing a lot of anguish out there, to myself included. It's a dealbreaker for me for sure. Please at least fix the ability to access my contacts list/make changes to it as soon as possible. Thanks!
