How can we improve New Mail?

Contacts hard to find, edit, alter, and delete

Since the new changes it has become much more difficult to search and edit or delete a single contact. It would be very helpful if a dropdown menu were available to search by several choices such as ending email address or last name or company. partial name, with the ability to select the item and go to edit.

    contact info does not show which lists it is in.
    when adding New Contact, need to be able to designate which lists contact is in!

    I don't have an idea, I liked my contacts info before you changed it. I don't know what list an individual is on because I used to could edit them or move them to another list. Com on YAHOO, please fix the details.

    Has anyone noticed that some contact fields show different content based on whether you're looking at the contact in browser window vs. as sync'ed by a mobile device? For example, I have a contact showing on my iPhone (definitely shows as coming from Yahoo as my single source for contacts and it is NOT just stored locally on my phone).. but the same contact does NOT show up in a browser when I search my contacts. Furthermore, the contact that shows up on my phone has many fields filled with data including the Notes field but again, the contact itself isn't showing up on a computer browser and thus none of the fields.

    ******* idiots, I have all my information about my contacts in Yahoo and have somehow made it impossible to access any of that information. It looks like you idiots have decided to follow the Windows 8 school of Enhanced Customer Experience philosophy. You guys have a lousy product to start with and the only reason I have continued using Yahoo is because I started using it before the competing services came up. Is it possible that this is a strategy to get users to migrate to a normal service before the company eventually shuts down?

    Why isn't the number of contacts in a list displayed and what is the threshold for maximum number of contacts able to be sent in an email at one time?

    Let me edit a contact! Also add new contact to a group!

    No option to add a contact to a new or existing list...Please fix.

    I can't add a contact to a different group. It was fine before the change. What is wrong with you people?

    Why and What was the need to change the contacts tab..... its so difficult to find contacts of a particular group. I use to make groups which would make it easy to shoot emails...but now its impossible.
    Can we get some change or back to what it was.

    I totally agree. I can't add a new contact to a contact list although it will add to total list. Don't fix it if it ain't bust. Please give back the old system as an option - the new one is unusable

    I don't think it's fair for us to have to deal with this problem & without any Feedback or options on this matter.. "Paying customer"!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Please change it back!!!

    Why am I still having problems adding contacts to the list I create? I can't add hem at all. Really hate this new way. Why can't people find something else to do instead of mess with other people. It doesn't help at all.

    Allow me to sort my Contact Lists!
    I created a new listed and purposely selected each person to be on the List in alphabetical order. After saving, I went to use the List and all the names are in a scrambled order.

    I see a lot of us HATE the new CONTACTS format

    Maybe's that's Yahoo's hint that we should switch to Gmail, Outlook or some other email

    Why are contact lists not sorted in alphabetical order and why is there separate entries for phone number and email? It is difficult to review and update lists

    Contacts broken! Go back to a previous version.
    1. can't upload via CSV or Outlook
    2. Yahoo Basic contact list does not sync with New version.
    3. Yahoo Basic contact list is the one syncing with iPhone Contacts. Changes in new version are not registering.
