Ease of use with different browsers and other ideas
I have some novel ideas that might help your product.
Easier download ability. In some browsers, it's near impossible to download photo attachments. I usually just forward these to my Gmail account and download the photos in seconds vs. the sometimes near minute it takes to download one photo in Yahoo.
Go back to making replies a separate email.I have countless emails in my account I don't want or need, but if I delete them....it also as a rule, deletes the original email.
Fix the bugs with Groups. I know of 11 people who deleted their groups because 85% of the time.....others couldn't view the photo albums because of a two year old glitch Yahoo refuses to patch
Go back to allowing mass forwarding. I have entire folders I would like to forward to my Gmail account. Sadly, because this feature was helpful to users, Yahoo disabled it years ago.
Re-establish a help line. I've resolved all of my issues through Twitter, a luxury not everyone has. It would be really cool if Yahoo just pretended it cared about its customers.
