Mailbox validity
My account was inactive since 12 months. Now when i have logged in after this time, got a notification that since you have not used since 12months, so we have got a new inbox for you.
But where are my old email, i need to access those emails.
This never happens with any other mailbox service provider.
Atleast they inform that you have not logged in since so many days on an alternate communication channel such as secondary/recovery email or SMS on registered contact no.
This is not at all done! All my previous emails have been simply washed off!!!
