empty mailbox
Make quick button to delete all or empty mailbox. I have so many email it won't let me delete them all. I use to have a empty choice

when you hover your cursor over the mail folder for trash, do you see the trash can icon? clicking that is supposed to empty the folder, but I don't know if it has a limit on the number it will delete at once. the inbox has the check box on the left side above the emails, and it will check all the emails at once for deletion, but again I'm not sure if it has a limit. the left pane where the mail folders list is also has a dropdown arrow for the inbox with a choice to 'clean inbox', but I've never used it. maybe clean your emails out more often, that would help.
