Block spam by verifying the senders name and domain details
It's becoming boring that I have to forward on obvious phishing emails to the government for investigation. There are regular emails from 'Paypal', 'Apple', 'Amazon' and all of the other big companies indicating that 'your account is blocked', etc.. Looking at the domain name of the sender it is pretty obvious that they are nothing to do with the reputable companies. E.g. 'Paypal' senders name has some sender details like 'sehsrhks@243nkjhkk3bk4bkj3b.com'. Can Yahoo Mail's system not simply be enhanced to compare the source email address domain and the perported sender name in order to screen out all of this junk automatically? Even if it's just to check the major companies that always seem to be the ones targetted, then it would save me a couple of minutes every day. And no, I don't want to have to buy a specialist service/product to do this for me, thank you very much.
