mail plus annual
I received a successful renewal email, yet it was not true i was not enrolled in a new subscription. Now i have to pay a lot higher price per year almost double due to he wrong successful email i received. sent numerous emails to customer support without any help. my card was declined for no good reason. my card was valid but yahoo said it wasn't i changed to a new card and received a reply it was successful at that time in August. 2021. i left my phone number and never received a call back. this should of been more organized and I should of at least received a helpful email and informed that the email received that was successful was not true and accurate. emailed several times with no help. not happy because i have been a member for about 20 years. not good service at all.
