My mail is not syncing. I keep getting an error message that something went wrong every time I try to log back in. There is no more info or instructions on how to solve this. Please, can you advise where I can find clear directions on how to get this sorted? I need access to one of my inboxes, please!

I'm waiting for very important communication to arrive in my inbox. It'd be very helpful if you could offer your help to have this sorted asap. I'm obviously referring to a different yahoo mail account than the one I'm using to post this very comment. Thanks!
