There should be a way to log tickets for errors encountered in Yahoo Mail. Today I ran into an issue as I was unable to view or download a .jpeg attachment to one of my emails.
An error code was produced, but there is no way to log a support ticket to fix the problem, I called the telephone support line and the CSR told me that there was no way to raise such a ticket.
She also had no way to receive the error codes thrown upon attempting to download or view the photo:

There should be a better ways of tracing an debugging Yahoo Mail incidents.
