How can we improve New Mail?

Yahoo so aptly named...now I can't import an email address to my own mail box???

Why is it "yahoo" that I can't add an email address to MY OWN EMAIL BOX? Or is this just one more example of your own pathetic incompetence??

    instead of processing my complaint...DO SOMETHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM!

    How important?? Seriously? What's it to you about what's important or not!
    I want to add an email address FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT to my address book.
    Why have you decided to make it impossible??
