Login steps and inefficient methods.
I am growing increasingly disgruntle about having to verify my password/secondary password/ phone number when I try to log in.
I enter my password then have to verify through an alternate email that I am me. THEN I have to have a text sent to my phone for me to enter a code onto another device or screen.
THEN once I am logged in, it asks me to verify the two alternate contacts are correct. I. Just. Used. Them. If I need another email address to log in, then why do I need an email address through Yahoo. I do not buy a Ford so that I can start my Honda.
The fact that a simple secure way is not available speaks volumes to me on how poorly you support you users.
This latest prompt to use a passkey that is loaded on an USB device. Get real. Many company laptops/desktops/tablets do not allow USB connection for security reasons.
I want a simple secure login. Not 2-4 steps each time I want to check my email or my fantasy teams. Not feasible.
HA! Even though I am logged into Yahoo RIGHT NOW, I need to login AGAIN to post feedback!!!?!?!
