How can we improve New Mail?

Emails should not get deleted

Hi,

I logged into my Yahoo email today to find that all my emails have disappeared inbox and sent. Not sure whether I was hacked into or they have just been removed by the system. I have had this account for over 10 years and have some very important and reminiscent emails over the years.
Please can these be restored urgently!

    Yes, we send out notices, but if you haven't logged into your account in a year (365 days) the account is deleted for no activity. For any account or sign in issues, we do recommend contacting our Customer Care team at help.yahoo.com. They have the tools to help!
