Add Inbox back on mail filter
There used to an option to select Inbox folder while creating a mail filter. I don't see it any more, which prevents whitelisting of an e-mail address to stop it from going to spam. Please add Inbox back on the folder options.

I have some older filters that move messages to my Inbox. The point is that I know some items are not spam and should not go to Junk. Having Inbox as an option seemed to achieve this goal of overriding the automatic junk filter for some inappropriate cases.
For the past year or more, I am not able to create new filters to move to Inbox nor to modify existing filters. But my existing filters continue to work.
