spam
Spam.... An email address sent from the Kajabi site has been marked 'spam' without my knowledge or choice. I cannot find it anywhere to unmark it What to I do? it is: anne@annelafollette.com and comes from the Kajabi platform

Hi... Seems you have no a perfect way to seperate spam mails from not spam. And therefore, we always need to check spam folder also just like inbox for our important mails. On your mobile application, in older version about 8 months ago, it was easy to check spam folder by fully opening mail box manu. But later you made some updates and it is now not easy to check spam folder. By touching mail boxes, menu is not easily opening (sometimes need to touch couple times to open it) and even if it is opened, it is half opening and a second action needed to reach spam folder. Your former version was much easy to do this. Please give us former menu which was much easier to use on mobile yahoo. Thanks for your services and products.

An email is marked spam by senders CRM so i can not receive it and can not white list it. How do I stop that?
The emails are being returned back to sender as "recipient has mark this address spam" So it never arrives in my inbox or spam box. When you write "check your filters under your desktop. please explain. TY -
HI Sharon, you can find your Spam folder and if you see the email in that folder, you can mark it as not spam. To find your Spam folder, just tap on the Inbox at the bottom. You can also check your Filters under your Desktop settings.
