Please be advised that our restore process is completely automated, and we can only restore messages lost or deleted within the last 7 days. Any messages that can be restored will reappear in your mailbox or trash folder within 24 hours. If you’re not seeing all the messages you expect after 24 hours, it’s because they were no longer recoverable.

Recently noticed that emails received by me between 5th December 2023 and 16th February 2024 are no more available in my inbox. I am specifically looking for emails received by me on 5th January 2024. I am sure I have never deleted any emails during this period. Please help

How on earth can you just start deleting people's emails without even informing them? Yes, it's your email site. But still. This is shameful! This is disgraceful. This is absolutely unforgiveable. I have been working hard to preserve and sort all the work emails into folders and make them very well organized. Then I sign in and they are disappearing as fast as I can try to save them! You guys disgust me!
