New from Cox
As someone forced to use your service after Cox abandoned or sold off their email servers, let me say I'm not impressed. It looks like Google mail has been copy and pasted. First off, I do not like ads being put in my inbox; nor can i even delete them. The right panel seems to change ads every 10 seconds which is distracting when I'm trying to read important emails. Lastly your using a generic star system when Cox had a colored flag system that worked wonderfully so I ID emails by color.

I was dumped into Yahoo email from Cox. Seriously bad move on Cox's part. I will be dumping Cox end of the year when ATT moves in with Fiber. I've never like Yahoo from the start. Now I have to deal with them. Your page layout is horrible and second rate, full of ads just like it was 20 years ago. I have no contact list or address book. I was able to transfer 2 of my emails over, but my 3rd will not transfer. Who do I need to contact, to fix this issue. Thank you

Yes, we do have ads, but only 2 ads in the Inbox (pencil ads) and we do offer an ad-free experience if you upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus.
