Not true! If you're having account or sign in issues, you can contact our CC team at help.yahoo.com. They manage the sign in flow and have the tools to help. We do not! We can help with issues IN the app or in the product. Most of our Help Articles actually help with most issues. So please do take a look at those! Hope this clarifies.
