It is a pain to go back with the compressed responses. Very hard to follow and find what one needs to see. It's useless, time consuming and NOT HELPFUL at all when one is trying to work and find the correct information. PLEASE go back to the old format.

Hi Vilma, when you say "compressed" responses, do you mean the Conversation view? Emails that are threaded? If so, you can change it to Individual view under Settings. Please feel free to elaborate if we are not on the same page. Thanks!
