Fix the Spam folder
When marking an email as SPAM, keep it there so that no other of the same emails are later found in the inbox. Likewise, when an email is incorrectly marked as SPAM and moved as Not Spam, insure that this email NEVER is found in the SPAM folder again. That should be the purpose of the SPAM folder. Today I had 97 of 112 emails incorrectly sent to my SPAM folder. ALL of these I have continually marked as NOT SPAM for years and yet here they are again.. Fix this, please. You could also include a customer email rule section to allow users to physically direct specific emails to not ever be considered as SPAM. Customers worst frustration is finding a needed email in their SPAM folder. I find between 20 - 50 daily.
