I didn't want to be switched to the newest version of yahoo. I'd already tried it, and went back to the old version. It's not good! It's difficult to find my mail that I actually want to read, and if I wanted to use google - I would. Stop trying to be google.

On top of that - now it won't show my mail past August 2024. It's December 2025!! Where did all of my mail from the past 16 months go? I needed access to those emails, not access to some spam I definitely already deleted, but here it is still uselessly sitting in my mail box.

I deleted most of these outdated messages the same week the new version of Yahoo Mail was released. So why can't I access the new stuff, and all I have is stuff I don't need or want and already deleted?! It makes no sense.

Stop trying to be google... google sucks as a company and a provider. The only reason why I've been with yahoo since the beginning of yahoo is because it's YAHOO... and NOT Gmail.

If you want people to be happy then fix how spam is toggled. The only complaint in the real world that I hear about Yahoo Mail is that 1. the email takes longer to be received, and 2. even important legal emails, or state/government emails will be automatically sent to spam. THAT'S IT. I've talked to so many people across so many business types and everyone agreed these were the two biggest problems with Yahoo Mail, and that was the primary reason for using hotmail or gmail instead. Fix those 2 issues - please stop trying to be google.
