When Inbox Categories were first introduced, my emails were, for the most part, being sorted into the correct categories. After using the system for a while, it seems like the sorting is nonexistent anymore. It started with "Social" emails. They slowly started moving into the Primary category. Now, I never get any emails in the Social category, they all go into the Primary. Next was Newsletters, now they all go into the primary category. Something is wrong with your AI or algorithm or whatever you are using to sort these emails into categories. I might get a handful of emails in the Offers category a day, but there are a ton of offers in the Primary category. As of right now, the categories are completely useless to me. Everything is just getting dumped into the Primary category.
