Earlier this morning when I woke-up, I found a supposed "overdue bill" by National Grid for my House in my emails. I was deeply confused as I had contacted National Grid last week so they could reimburse me for overpaying my bill by a wrongful double-pay from their automatic payment system that I'm enrolled in. But your email service said I was past due on a bill to them. I clicked it and what had happened was your Yahoo AI system created a fake energy bill. That is, it took the data from my incoming bill which will be paid via an automatic payment much later this month and then changed the language to say it was "overdue" and that I needed to pay immediately. Obviously this initially caused panic until I went to my National Grid website and found that it was not overdue at all. With all due respect, what are you all doing? How is this even legal?
