We’ll send an Account Key text when you create a Yahoo account or make security changes to an existing account. You’ll need to enter the Account Key when prompted to confirm your account or changes.
If you received an Account Key text but didn’t create an account or make security changes, then someone else mistyped their number and accidentally used yours.
Don’t worry, they won’t be able to move forward with your mobile number because they don’t have possession of your phone to get the Account Key.

Can't see older emails...this is really a problem.
Hi there,
You should be able to access any mail you have not deleted, regardless of the date from an active mailbox. To access your oldest mail, click on “Sort” on the top left of the message list and select “oldest to newest”

trying to block spammers e mail addresses, still continue to receive unwanted spam from addresses I blocked why?
Simply block like you guys say you're going to
Our Spam filters override any filters/blocked addresses on the account, so if something is deemed to be Spam, it will ignore filters on the account and go there.

Can we limit the search feature to the in box and not all mail
Currently when we do a search it brings up all the conversations including those that have been filed. Is there a way to limit the searches to the in box and not all boxes.

The time on today's e mails are all wrong by a couple of hours or more. What's going on?
You're not interested in improving, I think, because there's no way to reach with a problem.
If the timestamps on emails are off on the web, you can make sure you’ve selected the right timezone in the Settings menu and verify that your computer’s clock is correct.

This week I have had two days that I could not get to my messages in Yahoo mail. Let us know when you are working on site.
Send an email to subscribers letting them know they will experience down time on emails because you are working on issues. Hate being in the dark -- my computer was not at fault.

Why does my inbox keep saying its empty?
It has 999 emails, which I would like to delete or read, yet it keeps saying I have none??

I keep getting messages to whitelist and I've tried but need better instructions.
Please post better instructions on how to whitelist yahoo. Also explain effects this might have.

I have spent an hour trying to find some real help. All there is lots of loops and canned non-answers. I have a real problem & no help.
I am unable to access addresses on the to line. I put in a letter and that is all I get, a letter -- no list of addresses for that letter.

Embedded pictures in my emails stopped showing. Up until a couple days ago, they showed and I haven't made any changes to my system.
All the embedded pictures in my email do not show. Until a couple days ago, they worked. There have been no changes to our system, and my husband's Google email works, but he has the same problem with his Yahoo email.

sent folder says draft
After sending an email, if I go to my SENT folder the email I just sent says "draft" next to it in red letters. What's that all about? It isn't listed in the DRAFT folder. Has it been sent or not? Ever since Yahoo made a bunch of "upgrades" a lot of things seem to be going wrong. If you're going to make changes, how about makings sure they are improvements?

Separate accounts
I have two yahoo accounts. I did not ask to sync. I want to sign in to each account separately. I have tried to restore back to separate account but it was not possible. Please send the option to sign in separately. It sucks!
