Logout
I can't find the logout button. This is bad, and I'm thinking of changing all my email accounts to gmail.
Some of us prefer to logout from one account to another, because it keeps the data integrity should you get hacked, open a virus accidentally, etc. The logout button should not even be buried in the settings menu - but located right on the tool bar next to the settings button, etc.
It seems as though every revision gets more difficult and LESS user friendly.

Bring back the blocking feature for spam
I used to be able to block spam that came into my email account. That is no longer available! Why is that? I don't want this stuff (some of which is pornographic) coming into my email! Please bring this setting back!!

install an easier way to clear Spam folder.
Every morning I check Yahoo to see if I have any mail from my doctor, bank, or family ! I have to go to my spam folder to see if any of my good mail ended up there.
About 10:00 A.M. I already have about 150 emails in my Spam folder. I get mail from people who want me to have a better sex life, better and longer sex life, a longer *****, and lots of Norton and McAfee threats. When I try to Unsubscribe from them, it does no good. So I just select delete. Then this… -

Cannot delete alias account (neither in the new yahoo ui nor in the old one)
How to reproduce:
Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Choose Alias -> Remove Alias or Remove Mailbox. None of them are working. Confirmed after refreshing the page.

More flexibility for personal settings
The thing I didn't like about the new look of my inbox is that I can't adjust the layout by just clicking on the edge of the window and dragging it to the desired position like in old Windows. It's most annoying that I can't see full size message straight away and instead of just pressing something like "fit to the window size" I have to waste time scrolling it manually from left to right. It is an enormous pain when I don't have a mouse to use. thanks.

stop sending me notices to my cellphone that "i havent checked my inbox lately" when i check it every day!!
why do you keep sending these notices to my phone ? Absurd and unnecessary.

Why is my email open, even after I have signed out.
I don't want my email page left open. I want to sign in. You can text me or you can let me create a password. I don't believe it is a good idea to open up the internet and get into my mail without any kind of password or text with a number to open my email.

On mail.yahoo.com the settings gear icon can be found on the right side of the email screen. Once you click on it a new menu window opens. In that smaller window, you have the More Settings. Click on that. An entire new settings window opens and on the left side of the screen click on Mailboxes. In the middle, you see your email address, click on it and on the right side a new menu appears. The “your name” setting is the first in the list.
