Minimise adverts that are overriding the screen and can`t be removed.
I need more space to work and less adverts taking up my space. I especially don`t want the adverts that cannot be moved or deleted. It was far superior on the previous version of Windows 10. Please change it back to where I had some control. Please remove the obviously illegal adverts. Stop breaking the law. Cheers Eddie.

ALL USERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHANGE THEIR "BASENAME" ON THEIR DISPOSABLE EMAIL ACCOUNTS. FROM WHAT I'VE READ MOST PEOPLE (INCLUDING ME) DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS BEING DONE. THE FUNCTION USE TO BE THERE TO EDIT OR DELETE THE BASE NAMES. IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT WE CANNOT ANYMORE. extend time emails stay in inbox
how can i extend the time for my incoming emails to stay longer - would like to keep until I delete
Hi, emails will stay in your inbox for as long as it is active. A mailbox would be considered inactive if you don't access it for 12 months.
If that's not the case, please reach out at help.yahoo.com and we'll figure out what went wrong.

Improve recovery algorithm
I don't have access to my mail on a new phone because I need to recover it using sms, which I never receive. No one helped me. It's really sad. I'm switching to another email, although I've been using Yahoo Mail for over 6 years.

Yahoo, your "help" is NOT very helpful. I think you should NOT change the language just because we are traveling. Leave it up to the user to choose the language. My goodness! This is taking me SOOOO long to figure out. My husband just said, "Why are you using Yahoo? Change to gmail. I don't have that problem." Good point!

settings not opening in Yahoo mail
Settings does nothing when I click on it. Three years of saved emails, many extremely important, have vanished. I don't have anything other than late December 2018. I cannot compose an email, nor can I reply to any of the few I have. HELP PLEASE

Date column format to include time
I want the date and time of the email, not just the date in the layout. I don't want to open up the email to see what time it come in.

I do NOT want those videos to autoplay when I have deleted my mailbox and it is empty. If there is a way to stop them, I sure haven't found

would be nice to inform us before you make change to super size format and if we could opt out!
So this is the second you have made changes in the past few months. Do you think I am blind that you have now made the text super size??? I have looked everywhere to see if I can change it to a decent normal size and haven't found anything! Also the settings column could be smaller size too or maybe make it that there is an arrow so that if I need it all I have to do is click on the arrow and it will appear. Talk about a poor design…

I give up. What happened to 'filters' under settings? And the return of pop ups? How retro. Can I go back to the old mail?

Facebook and twitter logo still on a service that is discontinued by Yahoo!
When I go to the settings page to link my social accounts, Facebook nor Twitter are options anymore. However, the graphic to the right of the screen still clearly shows Facebook and Twitter logos. Why show those if you dont offer that service anymore?

Win 11 default e-mail client synch issues
21years user and i think is time to leave yahoo e-mail behind and check other e-mails providers. Yahoo starts sucks!! When you will fix the issues of synch with Win 11, windows default e-mail app ? If you just try to get more downloads on Yahoo app, Just this will never happened. Leave things as it was before.

sort by unread default setting
This is not new, but there's no way no to vote for the "old." ...Please make it possible to choose "sort by unread" as a default. As it is, I have to reset it multiple times a day. This is a basic feature in other email platforms; it would be great to have it here as well.
