Do you get paid by spammers?
Every day I get spam like, "Get auto insurance for $1.62/day" in my Inbox despite MARKING IT AS SPAM EACH AND EVERY TIME...but things like a notice from my local library that I have a book ready to pick up gets sent to the Spam folder.
Are you getting money from the spammers to put their garbage in our Inboxes...or are you just amazingly inept at your job?

Yahoo Generated Passwords are a bad idea
Someone explain to me how Yahoo's generated password ( required if you want to continue using Outlook as the client ) is more secure than the password I change every sixty days ?
Example of my passwords: +8pT6AxXza4^/_Pj~~rQ
Example of the Yahoo password: zbmwridlnmqrywof1) The generated password is all lower case alpha chars. No numbers or symbols or upper case which makes cracking it that much easier. ( (26)^16 vs (74)^20) ) *74 using a limited set of symbols, numbers, lower and upper case letters

NOT SPAM
No matter how many times I mark the same email address "not spam" you continue to put it in the spam folder. Then on top of that you don't tell me when there's something in the spam folder, so I often times don't see it until days or weeks later when I realize I haven't checked the spam folder (which I should NEVER have to do). Please get it together and either stop putting non-spam back in the spam folder, or at the very least tell me when there's something in that folder! You do it with the other folders,…

The red dot for NFL videos in the mobile app is exceedingly annoying for those of us who don't give a sh!$% about footbal. Stop assuming everyone cares about it and stop shoving it down our throats!!!

Focus on your customer needs
Very unhappy with ads in a business account - 15 years with Yahoo and I'm seriously considering a different platform. Year after year of disappointment with lack of services and ease of doing business. Its a shame you have ruined the experience for so many. Hard to continue a relationship when you continue to ignore your customer needs.

People insisting on me buying a phone just to access their services is one reason why I refuse to purchase one.
Instead, get a Google account and use Gmail to set up a yahoo mail account. No phone required. I might never get the old account back that I had when my old computer was stolen, because instead of asking me my security questions they insist on a phone number I don't have, but guess what? I don't care.

Include ability to set "reminder" when adding Star to an email, like in Android Yahoo.
On my Android phone's Yahoo Mail, when I add a Star to an email, it gives me the option to set a Reminder. This would be great in the desktop version of Yahoo Mail Plus.

Remove instrusive popup in email section saying "turn off ad blocker"
Get rid of the INTRUSIVE popup saying "turn off your ad blocker." Everytime I go to check my email for important things like bills, shipping status, buisness etc. I get stopped by the "turn off the ad blocker" popup, which resets any seach of my email that I did and stops me from reviewing my emails. I will not turn off my ad blocker as it helps my web browser and computer run more efficietently. I also will not remove the ad blocker as I do not suppport Yahoo or its sponsers RACIST AND DISCRIMINATORY IDEOLOGY. I do not run…

Every single time I log in to my email since April 11, 2018, I have to accept or dismiss the new Yahoo Oath privacy terms. Please make that stop. I've accepted multiple times.

Why can you not FIX the issue of those ads at the top of the inbox and keep them from migrating down into the emails and getting stuck there? I understand it is ads that makes Yahoo free to us. But I do pay for YAHOO!PLUS. I don't understand why you can't be happy with fixing issues and stop playing around with things that work.

What's with the constant logins???
I have AT&T Yahoo email, I've PAID for this email! Why have you changed the normal login so that EVERY TIME I go to my email now, I'm forced to log in? Even while I'm IN MY EMAIL already, POOF! I have to log in again! I always select the 2 week login option, it treats me like I'm a moron and asks me if I'm sure I want to do that, then it will prompt me to log in again WHILE I'M IN MY EMAIL fer' cryin' out loud!!!
