Have: Settings > Manage Current Account > Add, Edit &/or Remove options for Name, Phone Number, Recovery Email, etc.

Illegal and violent advertising
Yahoo mail has to provide a way for flagging of illegal content - directly on the platform according to EU digital services act! I received an add with illegal violent content and as there was not reporting mechanism directly in the ad, it was impossible to report it. This is in breach of EU law.

inactive account had emails deleted without notice
Before putting someone’s inactive email into “pause” & deleting existing emails PLEASE notify person first! Via text, phone or other emails on file. I didn’t know too much time had passed & now all my previous emails are GONE. Most of us have emails we want to keep!

The Yahoo Finance iPad and iPhone apps are not reporting a mutual fund I own, CHTRX, correctly as of Friday, Feb. 6, 2026. You are reporting the closing price as $21.05 per share, when in fact, Friday’s closing price was $21.44 per share. This is messing up the calculation in My Portfolio for the total value of my holdings. Could someone please take a look at the problem and correct it? Thank you

There should be a button that allows you to delete all mail sent by certain individuals or subgroups. You should t have to select them one by one. It’s very time consuming

Don't promise tools you don't deliver.
You sent me an email about storage and offered tools to manage it. I followed that link, you asked me to sign in to the Yahoo Mail that I was already signed in to because I was reading your email.
Then you asked me to verify that I was me, so had to go back to the app to do that.
Then you asked me why I'm using the browser that you switched me into and gave me a link to install the app that I already have and that I just used to verify myself.

Login policy becomes really stupid
Some deadbrain in yoyr team implemented, falsely invoking security reasons, some blatantly stupid login algorithms, se people changing from data to home network or going on holidays, or connecring from work server can not login anymore.
I hope you fire those guys.

CAN NOT REACH A HUMAN
I am 73. Disabled and legally blind and e mails either don’t come or reg important e mail go to Trash instead of Inbox.
It is TOTAL B S not to be able to get REAL HELP. Have wasted hours. Trying to fix this B S and you hide behind robots. WTF~!!!!
