  2. Shameful grammatical and spelling errors

    There are days that I’m shocked by the egregious grammatical and spelling errors in your articles. Over the past year, I can recall numerous incidents of misspelled headlines, misplaced commas, and apostrophe omissions that demonstrate your editors’ laziness. Are there actually editors? I did not track or cite these incidents, as I never thought I’d actually voice this issue, but you should pay more attention. It’s irresponsible on your part not to review the basics before you post. I know most of your stories are sourced from other outlets, but I can say it is the articles from your writers…

  3. The ad for rc plane in trending videos is a scam

    We bought one for my child. It was just a small toy that rolled on tye floor. It's from China and does not fly, float or do anything advertised. This us listed on Facebook too. There were thousands of comments all stating it was a scam. ITS just a small plastic toy that moves on the floor in circles. Please stop advertising this as people are wasting hard earned income.

  4. Stop doing security block on mail

    Stop pestering me about your security concerns on my email. And especially stop blocking access and requiring ransom payment (paid tech support) to unblock it.. YOUR TERMS OF SERVICE STATE THAT SECURITY OF MY ACCOUNT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY, NOT YOURS

    While most of spam emails are being caught by our spam filters, occasionally some can slip through.


    When this happens, it's very important to mark the email as spam, then our system will learn that messages from a specific place are not good and helps us make Yahoo Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails.

  11. I think your websites f****** b******* takes you around in circles you don't ever get any answers

    Your website doesn't allow you to do anything that you're asking when you need refund these tickets customer service to refer you to a paid service which is stupid you need to have free help for people who are getting charged unknown amounts for whatever reason I would have never seen his amount before and I don't know why they're there I can't find anybody to talk to

    Ok so I've been locked out of my account for quite some time.
    Due to not thinking to update my ******* phone number on my Yahoo before I ******* changed carriers .
    Now I'm ******* locked out .
    Because you genuises say there is suspicious activity on my account!

    Which I can't get into without verifying with a ******* phone number I not longer have !
    I went to your rediculous chat not which says oh Yahoo support can help but it will.cost me.as "low as $4.99"!!!
    Are you ******* serious!?

    Not even my security question nothing...just completely locked out.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  20. Why is EVERY ARTICLE 6 WEEKS OLD? DOES ANY OF YOUR WRITERS KNOW HOW TO WRITE?
