Don't like the New Layout
Is there a way to reset the Homepage to it's previous Layout?

I'm not sure why you feel the need to change the cover page format...but I liked it better the old way. It just seems like a big page with a lot of wasted space, and not finding things that I used to check on the old pages.

I so agree about the stock quotes. Having to actually click to move to another page is not efficient.

There is a lot of anger amongst the folks who comment on news articles. I'm one of them. You've eliminated a lot of the reasons to visit the Yahoo homepage. We enjoyed the back and forth, thumbs up & down, even the name calling.
We can no longer look back at our previous comments to follow up on the replies. I understand Yahoo is getting into financial trouble. That is not the time to cut services rather you should enhance them. I assume Yahoo is increasing revenue with click thru's to original writer of articles but if you lose too many viewers because of it, you're going to lose even more money.
In my opinion, you would do well to return to the inter activity you allowed before making this change. Speaking for myself, there is not much reason to visit Yahoo other than to check my email. -

My daily chosen cartoon, horoscope and stock market quotes have all disappeared from the right side of my screen, replaced by some news that I should be able to access in the body of your screen.
How can I get the above features back???? I miss 'em!

I'm relieved to see I'm not the only one who's extremely disappointed with the changes to Yahoo's format. I absolutely loved being able to quickly pan through a wide variety of dozens of stories and sources every day, settling for summaries when they seemed like enough, diving in to those that were more compelling. Now we're left with just five stories up at the top and a longer, less visually appealing, and overall much less convenient scroll to the bottom.
Please abandon this change done seemingly just for the sake of change. The previous format worked much, much better.

This new page really does suck. I can't find any story I want to read and being forced to look at all the other ****. My local temperature is gone, the stock market data from the home page is gone and no choices. I don't have the fastest internet and all these ads take forever to load the page. What I've done is open yahoo and go to my mail. I leave it at this page and then open a new tab for Google News. Even with the two tabs open it is way faster and I can set up the page to how I want it. As I slowly change my email over it is goodbye to yahoo after all these years.

please return the old format. I have spent unnecessary time looking for the solution to return my settings to the previous user friendly format only to find it is Yahoo's error and not mine. This is a terrible format and it runs completely slow. Don't even get me started on the obtrusive ads that keep slowing my screen. MSN here I Come.

I agree with every comment on here. I thought it was just me that hit a key and messed the main page up. I hate it I cant scroll through the top to look at stories. Everything is messed up!!! You did this before too and it sucks!!! I hope you change it I'm back or I'm looking for a different home page than this. Very frustrating, I don't know who comes up with these ideas????????

Miss the carousel of stories, miss the financial section as it was, don't like the open area size, for starters. Will get different homepage if this stays.

Want old yahoo homepage back, my favorite sports teams not listed anymore on right side,, no horoscope, no comics, no financial. WTH, hate the new one. Also miss the carousel of news at the top.
