Political dishonesty
Odd how life-time politicians such as Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, etc, etc. Who voted on and implemented our intentionally confusing and multi-layered, loop-hole infested, progressive tax-laws over many decades. Now see these same tax-laws they've created as unfair and benefitting the very, very wealthy. The same wealthy donors they depend on to retain their political power and positions. This is simply political BS which politicians' rely on at every election cycle. Their wealthy donors know whatever Congress comes up with. There will be special loop-holes carved out especially for them. Our octogenarian leaders have had decades to change, simplify or modify our tax-rates. But they've done nothing. Stop listening to what they say and judge them ALL on what they do. IMHO
