My legal name is not changed in your system after a year.
I spoke to someone a year ago, emailed legal documents to prove my legal name is changed. Under settings on account it is correct. However when I send someone an email it says SOMEONE else’s name- AND I CANT FIX IT.
Someone in IT needs to correct the problem.
Otherwise I guess I have to forfeit my email account??
