Has Yahoo changed anything recently?
The reason for asking is that all of a sudden after approx 20 years, I am having issues logging in to and verifying my account. The verification does not appear to work from my phone and this account via email. I can receive codes on my mobile but only when I am using a computer. When I try to change my password I end up going in to a loop with yahoo and it just sends me back to resetting my password. At first I thought I may have been hacked however this is mainly on my smart phone. I…

Pretty simple
I can’t receive verification codes from any site at my Yahoo address. This is not just one company but multiple completely unrelated sites. Normal email comes through fine, but verification emails and codes never arrive.
Your help system’s advice is to “sign into your account,” which is absurd since I have to be signed into my account to see that I am not receiving the emails. No, it is not in spam. Have Basic Tech Support contact phone number
I have tried several times to contactYahoo about Basic Privacy Dashboard settings. I am getting dozebs of cookies, daily, through my Basic Yahoo Mail, but, it won't allow me to modify all my Dashboard settings. There is no complimentary tech support, for Basic Mail, so I am very frustrated. It's sad and wrong there is no way to contact a live person, for these basic services.

Stop assigning my gmail account as spam.
Since I have a computer that cannot handle most modern websites, nor has bluetooth nor an android to pc adapter, I email myself tons of files from my phone to this yahoo account. In the past few months, Yahoo has started marking these PERSONAL emails as SPAM... and continues to do so even when I tell the system they are NOT spam. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

Where are my previous mails?
Hi [Support/Team],
I’ve noticed that some of my emails are being deleted automatically without any action on my part. Strangely, they are not showing up in the Archive or Deleted Items folders either.
I'm particularly concerned because I can't access emails from the previous year—they seem to have disappeared entirely. Could you please help me understand why this is happening and guide me on how to recover all of my emails from last year?

I TRAVEL EXTENSIVELY FOR WORK. IT TAKES ME OVER AN HOUR TO LOG IN FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THAT IS STUPID. IF I WANT TO ASSUME THE RISKS OF NOT HAVING 2 STEP VERIFICATION THEN THAT'S ON ME. STOP IT!! IT'S STUPID!

Is too complicated and has 'locked' all accounts so that it is impossible to retrieve one's emails. This is a kerfuffle.
