  1. block sender in emails doesn't work.

    how about fixing the block sender tab on unwanted emails, i've put at least 100 emails and they keep coming back.

  2. Not using this e-mail any more!

    I'm only checking and deleting so I can move everything to another service. I'll give it a few weeks to get back the Classic version and then I'm gone.

  3. You're losing us

    Honestly, why make such a dreary miserable appearing email app when the version I've used for years was so beautiful? You will have to find a way to give us the means to make it look gorgeous as we could before or you will lose millions of us as subscribers.

  4. No way to manually refresh the inbox

    In the old Yahoo Mail there used to be a little button next to the Inbox to tell Yahoo Mail to manually go and check for new messages ... And now in the new Yahoo Mail that button is gone! ... There's NO way that I can see to tell Yahoo Mail to manually check for new messages!

    Bring back the little button so that we can manually check for new messages!

  5. Full day and date in tooltip in inbox

    I really, really liked in the old Yahoo Mail how you could "hover" your mouse over the date in the far right column ... and a "tooltip" would show up showing you the "full day and date" ...

    For example, the inbox could show "May 29" ... but if you moused over the May 29 ... you would get a tooltip showing you something like, "Wednesday, May 29, 2019" ...

    That was S-O-O useful ! ... A lot of times I want to see what "day of the week" that date is without having to freaking bring up a calendar…

  6. The new Yahoo Mail can't remember where I move e-mails

    The old Yahoo Mail was SMART ... I always move e-mails from my inbox to a folder I call "Saved Messages" ... so the old Yahoo Mail would always place my "Saved Messages" folder at the top of the list of choices when I click the "Move" button ... but the "new" Yahoo Mail isn't smart at all ... Now when I go to move an e-mail, it no longer puts my "Saved Messages" folder up at the top ... I have to go and look for it ... Thanks for removing really cool functionality! Sigh ...

  11. 1) I cannot switch to Yahoo Classic. 2) I cannot disable forwarding email. Please tell me what I can do.

  12. Calendar & Notes

    Yesterday 5/23/2019 after Yahoo took away my email CLASSIC for this new and unimproved new format email my Calendar would not load because of an error. After further investigation found that the Notepad has the same error. What I get is

    “We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
    We’re sorry, but Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.

    • Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions
    Temporary error: 500”

    I clicked on “Try again” and “Visit Help for troubleshooting instructions” and end…

  13. Why Yahoo! Continues to Fail as a Company.

    As the long list of comments display, Yahoo! does not have any interest in serving their customers. Once again management shows a poor understanding of customer relations. The internet is a vast environment, with options galore. Those that refuse to listen, may never be heard from again.
