  1. Stupid Slow

    New mail is HORRID. It is S-L-O-W, and I don't mean sometimes, I mean all the time. Ten times as slow as it should be. Consistently slow - on all machines, in all locations. Just very slow.

    I'm on a 96.16 Mbps connection with a Core i7-7920HQ machine running Win10 Pro on a 64-bit OS with 32GB RAM, using Microsoft Edge 44.18362.1.0.

    SEVENTEEN SECONDS to refresh mail, recently.

  2. Re: Contacts...I cannot add new contacts successfully nor does the contact window expand/enlarge when I click on the icon

  7. remove all ads from as they have become a most annoying and they do not do anything for me

  12. I cannot DELETE mail in my 'unread' folder, and now, you tell me I have 5 archieved and I only have 2. Can't you fix this, or go back.

  16. You told me I had to switch to Firefox or chrome. Trying Firefox how do I get all my contacts, bookmarks, etc from my Safari Yahoo. Need it!

    Fix my new Firefox so that I have all the contacts, bookmarks, etc etc. I need all my stuff from my old Safari Yahoo if I am going to stay with Firefox. It said I was going to loose it with Safari. With Firefox i have already lost it. If you make me switch then switch all my stuff with it.
