STOP!!! the annoying video popup in the lower right corner of the screen!
I close it and as soon as I scroll down in the article it pops back up! If I wanted to watch it I wouldn't have closed it! Now get rid of it or I will get my news elsewhere!

Perhaps your bots can stop preventing me from expressing my feelings on the articles you post.
I do ruffle feathers at times. But I never personally attack anyone other thst to call out their inaccurate comments. I would expect nothing less if I also post inaccurate information.

News Format Very Bad For Phones
Something changed recently to the News format. It is now unusable on my phone.
I just signed in with my phone and that was difficult to do also because mobile format it so bad.
Using Samsung S23 Ultra and Chrome.

Customer Support
It is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot report someone hacking your account. There is no online support and the only help is behind a paywall where an agent basically hung up on me because after verifying identity successfully they give me another verification by submitting my driver's license and it failed because I'm not wearing glasses in my driver's license.
I've had my account for decades and now I'm literally unable to retrieve my stolen account because getting time sensitive help is impossible unless I pay for a service that ultimately failed me.

Change it back
I’ve lost very important email. The new format is flawed. At least give the option to keep as is long enough to secure important emails and cancel the acct because this is awful
