    please make multiple 2 step verify option, like as Authenticator app is first, and SMS second as per request. and please make backup 2step code list option like google and fb.

  2. where is my payment info? You didn't even send a message that I was going to be charged!

    I wake up and find that Yahoo debited my bank account.
    No notification.
    You could have sent an email!
    (You do provide an email service; why not use it)
    I have spent a half hour trying to find where my ACCOUNT INFO is located and how I can update my payment information, for example I did not want my bank debited.
    What kind of operation do you have?
    Is it time to convert to GMAIL?

  5. some1 kept hacking into my account and sends email using my email ad. u should send a txt message if some1 logs in using a different device

    Someone keeps hacking my account and sending me email using my email address. You should send a txt message when someone tries to log in using an unfamiliar device and ask to confirm if it was the owner using it before allowing access to it.

  6. Yahoo listen to me please.

    I have shared this site with my mother in law for close to 15 years but for the last 5 years approx.have used this site exclusively. Helen Bartsch has opened another e-bay account and e-mail address.I have sent countless messages through contact us and help pages without acknowledgement and ca only hope for a resolve or l will have to close my Yahoo connection which l should not have to do.   10. When I changed my password I was not asked to "confirm new password".

    How about a dialog box that asks you to type your new password in again to confirm it.

  13. PLEASE FIX the problem of NOT letting us members to REMOVE/DELETE previously verified Recovery Email Addresses! This is Ridiculous!!! :(

    I have searched through web for the alternative methods, but nothing has really worked.
    I REALLY need to remove my INACTIVE Old email address from my Recovery Email Address list.

    It is a new site name i am trying to bring up with good music i made for a lot of genre
    I did not begin clasical music yet because i have to little house to live in and i can not disturb my neighbours with singing and rapping so if you want to give me a little boost i will be ready to buy a car with a nitro😁so check rebeleyezer

    I received a note from Yahoo Pro saying my credit card was declined.

    I called my bank and they said there was nothing declined.
